PREMONITIONS
there are certain things
that happen
when you wake up
and get moving
in the morning
that you can take
as premonitions
as to how the day will go
this morning
I just blatantly
and purposely
blew through the first
red light of my day
with no repercussions
whatsoever
and am using that
to assure myself
that today maybe
won’t be so bad at all
