MORE THAN ONE SITTING
Every time
I’d write a story
which I didn’t finish
in the same sitting,
I’d go back to it another day,
read over what I had
and then think to myself,
“oh, shit. how the hell
will I get out of this one?”
Bad stories were like all bad things,
easy to get into and hard to get out of.
